Terms of Service

This English version is a reference translation. In case of any inconsistency, the Vietnamese version prevails.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions, rights and obligations between VoIndex and Users/Customers when accessing, registering an account, topping up balance, placing orders or using any service provided at the website voindex.com.

These Terms apply to all service activity at voindex.com, including but not limited to registering a member account, using the URL Index Service, topping up account balance, placing orders, contacting support and any other interaction with the VoIndex system.

Users are encouraged to read these Terms in full before using the service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not continue to access or use the service.

In these Terms, the terms below are defined as follows:

• VoIndex — the brand name and website providing the URL Index Service at the domain voindex.com.
• Website — voindex.com and all pages, features, systems, interfaces and tools under this domain.
• User — any individual/organization accessing voindex.com, whether or not they have registered an account.
• Customer — a User who has registered an account, topped up balance or used a paid service.
• Member account — a personal account used to access features, manage balance, place orders and view history.
• URL Index Service — a service that sends technical signals to help search engines discover, crawl and consider indexing URLs faster. This is not a service that guarantees indexing or SEO ranking.
• Submitted URL — the specific URL address the Customer provides to the VoIndex system for processing.
• Order — a service request recorded after the Customer completes payment or a valid balance deduction.

By performing any of the following actions, the User/Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy in full:

• Accessing or browsing the website voindex.com.
• Registering a member account.
• Topping up account balance.
• Placing an order or using the URL Index Service.
• Making payment for any VoIndex service.
• Contacting support or interacting with the VoIndex system.

If the Customer is an organization/business, the person performing the above actions is deemed to have authority to represent, and to agree on behalf of, that organization.

VoIndex provides the URL Index Service — a system that performs supporting techniques to send signals to search engines to increase the likelihood that a URL is discovered, crawled and considered for indexing faster than waiting for organic discovery.

VoIndex is not Google or any other search engine. VoIndex is an independent technical support provider with no control over Google's indexing algorithm, crawling, ranking or any other decision.

VoIndex's service is a technical support service, not a results-guarantee service. Whether a URL gets indexed depends entirely on the search engine's own decisions and algorithms, along with many technical factors and the content quality of the destination website.

VoIndex makes reasonable efforts to provide the service as described; however, the Customer should clearly understand the following limitations:

VoIndex does not guarantee:

• That a URL will be 100% indexed by Google or any search engine.
• That SEO rankings will improve.
• That traffic, conversion rate or revenue will increase after using the service.
• Any specific timeframe for Google to index a URL after VoIndex processing.

VoIndex is not liable where a URL is not indexed for reasons outside its control: robots.txt blocking crawling, noindex tags, incorrect canonical tags, server errors, low-quality or duplicate content, the website being flagged as spam or penalized by Google, changes to Google's algorithm, or other technical/content factors belonging to the Customer's website.

To fully use the URL Index Service, Users need to register and maintain a valid member account at voindex.com.

Users are responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Users are fully responsible for the security of their login credentials. Any activity arising from an account is deemed to be the act of the account owner.

Users must not share, transfer or allow a third party to use their account. If unauthorized access to an account is discovered, the User must notify VoIndex immediately.

VoIndex reserves the right to temporarily/permanently lock an account, suspend the service or cancel an order if it detects a violation of these Terms, a violation of law, fraud or system abuse.

When using the URL Index Service, the Customer represents and warrants that:

• The Customer is the lawful owner of, or lawfully authorized to submit for indexing, the URLs provided.
• All information provided to VoIndex is accurate and complete.
• Submitted URLs belong to lawful websites/content and do not violate the prohibitions in Section 8.
• The Customer is solely responsible for content, SEO strategy and any resulting consequences.
• The service is not used for unlawful purposes or to cause harm to VoIndex, other users or third parties.

VoIndex strictly prohibits use of the URL Index Service for URLs, websites or content belonging to any of the categories below. This is a mandatory, non-negotiable condition:

8.1. Violations of law and national security

Content that violates Vietnamese law; opposes the State; affects national security or social order under the 2018 Law on Cybersecurity; content that abuses, exploits or endangers children.

8.2. Fraud, phishing and impersonation

Online fraud, counterfeit, phishing or impersonation websites that misrepresent organizations/individuals to misappropriate assets; websites impersonating banks, e-wallets or state agencies.

8.3. Malware and cyberattacks

Malware, malicious code, viruses, trojans, spyware, ransomware, hacking tools, or unauthorized intrusion into information systems.

8.4. Gambling, prostitution and other unlawful content

Illegal gambling, unlicensed betting, bookmakers, online casinos, lottery numbers games, dice/odd-even games, reward card games; prostitution, unlawful pornography or adult content that does not comply with regulations.

8.5. Prohibited and controlled goods

Prohibited goods, counterfeit goods, imitation goods, banned drugs, weapons, illegal stimulants.

8.6. Unlawful financial activity

Loan sharking, usury, money laundering, financing of terrorism; Forex, Binary Options (BO), unlicensed stock/foreign exchange trading platforms; unlicensed cryptocurrency exchanges, illegal virtual currency; disguised multi-level marketing schemes, illegal fundraising, investment fraud.

8.7. Violations of privacy and personal data

Platforms that trade or unlawfully exploit personal data under the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 and Decree No. 356/2025/ND-CP.

8.8. Intellectual property infringement

Infringement of copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.

8.9. Defamation, insults and false information

Defamation or insults to the honor of an individual/organization; fake news that causes damage.

8.10. Spam and malicious SEO techniques

Spam URLs, doorway pages, malicious cloaking, link farms or other techniques that abuse the system.

8.11. Other prohibited content

Any URL, content or conduct prohibited by Vietnamese law at the time the service is used.

9.1. Automated filtering

VoIndex has the right (but not the obligation) to inspect submitted URLs using automated or manual methods to detect violations. The system automatically scans keywords in URLs; a batch containing a violating URL will be rejected in full and no credit will be deducted.

No automated filter is perfectly accurate. If a Customer intentionally uses technical means to evade the filter (shortened links, multi-layer redirects, disguising or renaming domains, splitting URL batches, etc.) in order to submit content prohibited under Section 8 for processing, all resulting legal liability belongs to the Customer. VoIndex bears no joint liability of any kind.

9.2. Enforcement actions

Upon detecting or having reasonable grounds to suspect a violation, VoIndex has the right to immediately apply, without prior notice: rejecting the order, canceling an order in progress, suspending the service, locking the account and API key, and/or reporting to the competent authorities.

An account locked for violating Section 8 will not be refunded for costs already used, and the entire remaining account balance will not be refunded. If the Customer believes the account was locked in error, please contact VoIndex for review; if the lock is confirmed to be in error, the account will be reopened with its balance preserved.

9.3. Record retention and cooperation with authorities

VoIndex retains registration information, top-up history and violation logs (including blocked URLs) as evidence. VoIndex has the right and obligation to cooperate with and provide this information to competent authorities as required by Vietnamese law.

The service is priced in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Specific payment methods are displayed on the website at the time of the transaction.

An order is recorded and processed immediately after payment is confirmed or a valid balance deduction is made. The Customer is responsible for carefully checking order information, especially the URL list, before confirming. VoIndex is not liable for damage caused by the Customer providing incorrect URLs.

The Customer must ensure the payment method used is lawful and that they have the right to use it. VoIndex is not liable for disputes between the Customer and a third party regarding the payment method.

VoIndex makes reasonable efforts to process orders promptly after payment is recorded by the system. Actual processing time may be affected, and VoIndex is not liable for delays in the following cases:

• Technical errors arising within the system.
• Planned or unplanned maintenance.
• Overload due to an unusually large volume of orders.
• Service disruption from third-party providers.
• Force majeure: natural disasters, power outages, epidemics, or state regulations.

In case of unusual delay, the Customer may contact support to check on the order status.

The Customer should clearly distinguish two concepts:

"Processed / submitted for indexing" — the VoIndex system has completed the technical support action of sending a signal for the URL exactly as described in the service. This status only reflects a technical action on VoIndex's side.

"Indexed by Google" — an independent decision made by Google, depending on Google's own algorithm and policy, and not dependent on VoIndex.

A processing status in the VoIndex system does not mean that Google has definitely indexed that URL. The Customer can check the actual indexing status via Google Search Console or a site: search command on Google.

VoIndex applies a clear refund policy to protect Customer interests while ensuring transparency.

VoIndex does not issue refunds in the following cases:

• Google does not index a URL after VoIndex has completed processing as described — the indexing decision belongs to the search engine.
• The URL violates Vietnamese law or the prohibited categories in Section 8.
• The account is locked for a violation: costs already used and the remaining balance are not refunded (see Section 9.2).
• The URL has a technical error not attributable to VoIndex: 404/403/5xx, noindex tags, robots.txt blocking crawling, redirect loops, incorrect canonical tags, server errors on the Customer's side, or the website being penalized/flagged as spam by Google.
• The Customer changes the website's configuration/content after placing the order, causing the URL not to be indexed.
• The Customer provides an incorrect URL or mistypes the URL list.
• The Customer deletes their own account in Settings: all remaining credit balance at the time of deletion is permanently lost and is not refunded (see Section 17).

VoIndex may consider issuing a refund or re-crediting balance/credit when a technical error arises entirely from the VoIndex system and the service was not processed as described. Refund requests must be submitted with the order code and supporting evidence.

The Customer bears full and non-transferable responsibility to VoIndex for:

• The legality of all URLs submitted to the system, including ownership or lawful authorization.
• All content, images, data and software at the submitted URLs.
• Compliance with Vietnamese law throughout the use of the service.
• Any damage caused to VoIndex, other users or third parties due to a violation.
• Compensation for damages, legal costs and losses incurred by VoIndex due to the Customer's violation.

VoIndex makes reasonable efforts to provide a stable service as described, to the extent permitted by Vietnamese law.

VoIndex is not liable for:

• The actual indexing outcome by Google or any search engine.
• Changes in SEO ranking, traffic, revenue or business performance.
• Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
• Service disruption caused by force majeure.
• Acts of third parties outside VoIndex's control.
• Damages arising from the Customer's content, data or business decisions.

In all cases, VoIndex's maximum liability shall not exceed the actual value of the order related to the claim, unless otherwise provided by law.

All content, interface, logos, trademarks, software systems, source code, databases, documents and images on voindex.com are assets owned by VoIndex or used under lawful license.

Users must not copy, republish, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or use any content, software or trademark of VoIndex for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written consent.

VoIndex commits not to sell, rent or disclose Customer URL lists, order data or personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. VoIndex only shares information with the Customer's consent, with technical service providers directly supporting operations to the extent necessary, or as required to comply with a request from a competent state authority. See the Privacy Policy for details.

For faster support, the Customer should provide: order code, registered account name/email, the specific URL, a detailed description of the issue and proof of payment (if any).

VoIndex handles complaints within a reasonable time after receiving complete information. Complex complaints requiring technical verification may take longer, and progress updates will be provided.

VoIndex has the right to suspend or terminate the service when: the Customer violates these Terms or the law; there is fraud or system abuse; for system maintenance/upgrades; or for other legitimate technical or legal reasons.

The Customer may delete their own account at any time in Settings > Account, verified by a code sent to their registered email. After deletion: the account, orders, URL lists and indexing check results are permanently deleted; transaction/top-up records are retained in anonymized form (ad codes removed, no email/name kept) in order to comply with the accounting and tax obligations of a household business.

Any remaining credit balance at the time of account deletion will be permanently lost and will not be refunded. If a refund is desired, the Customer must contact VoIndex before deleting the account.

Once an account is terminated, VoIndex processes data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

VoIndex has the right to amend, supplement or update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the service, technology, legal regulations or policy.

Amended Terms take effect immediately upon posting to voindex.com. VoIndex will notify important changes via the registered email or a notice on the website. The Customer's continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If the Customer does not agree, they may stop using the service.

These Terms and any dispute are governed by the law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, including the 2015 Civil Code, the 2018 Law on Cybersecurity, the Law on E-commerce No. 122/2025/QH15 and Decree No. 248/2026/ND-CP, and the 2023 Law on Protection of Consumers' Rights.

The parties shall prioritize resolving disputes through negotiation and good-faith mediation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be brought before a competent authority in Vietnam.
