VoIndex User Guide

Everything you need to submit links, track results and understand every label on the dashboard — so you never have to wonder what is going on.

Last updated: October 7, 2026

01Quick start in 4 steps

  1. 1

Sign up and verify your email

Create an account and click the verification link. Result notifications are also sent to this email.
  2. 2

    Buy credits

Open Top up, pick a plan and pay. Credits are added automatically and never expire.
  3. 3

    Submit URLs

Open Submit URL, paste your links (one per line), tick the content confirmation box and press Force index.
  4. 4

    Wait for results

We check Google automatically after 48 hours (Instant mode: after 30 minutes), grade every link and email you. Nothing else to do.

The one thing to remember

During the first 48 hours a job showing Processing is normal — your links were sent out the moment you submitted, the result check simply has not happened yet. Do not resubmit.

02Credits and pricing

  • 1 credit = 1 URL in normal mode. Instant indexing costs 10 credits / URL.
  • Credits never expire.
  • Minimum top-up is 260 credits. Bigger plans mean a lower price per link.
  • PayPal / international cards (Visa, Mastercard): pay on PayPal's page, credits are added once PayPal confirms.
  • Vietnamese bank transfer (PayOS): the order is valid for 30 minutes. Transfer the exact amount with the exact reference and credits are added automatically.

Paid but no credits yet?

Usually the payment arrived after the order expired, or the amount / reference did not match. Your money is not lost — send us the receipt by email or Telegram (bottom of this page) and we will add the credits manually.

Every top-up, charge and refund is listed under Transactions:

TypeMeaning
Top-up (VND)You bought credits.
Manual top-upCredits added manually by VoIndex (late payment, support, promotion).
Usage (job)Credits charged when you created a job.
RefundCredits returned because we could not send your links out (see Failed below).

03Submitting URLs

  • One URL per line, starting with http:// or https://. Duplicates are removed automatically.
  • Up to 8,000 URLs per job. You can Import TXT (max 2MB) instead of pasting.
  • Give the job a campaign name so it is easy to find and report on later.
  • Turn on Instant indexing when it is urgent: results after about 30 minutes instead of 48 hours, at 10× the cost.
  • You must confirm the URLs contain no prohibited content (adult, gambling, betting, illegal).

Got “URL violates content policy”?

Some links belong to a prohibited category. The whole submission is rejected and no credits are charged. Remove the listed links and submit again.

Check your links before submitting in bulk

Credits are charged per link submitted and are not refunded for links Google decides not to index. Make sure links open and are not noindex or blocked by robots.txt (see “Why a link is not indexed”).

04What happens after you submit

  1. 1

Immediately: credits charged, links sent out

Your links go into a priority queue so Googlebot visits them. If this step fails, credits for the failed links are refunded right away.
  2. 2

After 48 hours (Instant: 30 minutes): one Google check

We ask Google whether each link is in its index. Each link is checked once and that result is final.
  3. 3

Reason analysis for not-indexed links (up to about 2 hours)

For every not-indexed link we open the page and look for technical problems: 404, noindex, robots.txt, redirects…
  4. 4

Job becomes Done and you get an email

You receive the report by email. If you use the API with a webhook, a job.finished event is sent as well.

The system runs automatically every few minutes, so results may land a little after the 48-hour mark. If a job is still Processing after 3 days (Instant: after 1 day), contact us with the Job ID.

05Job status labels

Shown in the Jobs list and on the overview:

LabelWhat it means
ProcessingLinks were sent out; waiting for the Google check or the reason analysis.

→ Nothing. Wait for the 48-hour mark.

DoneEvery link has its final result. The % Index column shows how many Google indexed.

→ Open “View details” to see each link and its reason.

FailedWe could not send the links out (provider error). All credits for the job were refunded.

→ Check Transactions for the Refund line, then resubmit.

InstantThe job was submitted in Instant mode (checked after ~30 minutes).
⚠Yellow triangle next to the status: only part of the links could be sent (hover to see how many). Credits for the failed part were refunded.

→ Resubmit the missing links if needed.

The % Index column shows Processing until results are in. A red dot next to the rate means some links could not be checked — hover to see how many (see the Error label below).

06URL status labels

Click View details on a job to open the per-link report:

LabelWhat it means
ProcessingThe link was sent; the Google check has not happened yet.

→ Wait. Results come 48 hours after submitting.

IndexedGoogle had this link in its index at the time of the check.

→ Nothing.

Not indexedGoogle had not indexed this link at the time of the check.

→ See the Reason column for what to fix.

ErrorWe could not get a check result for this link (not a problem with your page).

→ Check it on Google yourself, or contact us with the Job ID.

The Reason column may also show:

LabelWhat it means
Analyzing…We are opening the page to find the cause, usually done within 2 hours.
Could not checkThe page could not be analysed (timed out or did not respond). Open the link yourself to check.

“Indexed” but I cannot find it on Google?

The result reflects the status at check time. Google may add a page and drop it later, and the site: operator does not always show everything. Try searching the full URL in quotes.

07Why a link is not indexed — and how to fix it

For every Not indexed link we open the page the way Googlebot does and report the technical problem we find. Red labels are clear problems to fix; yellow labels are uncertain — open the page to confirm.

ReasonHow to fix
404 — page not foundFix the link or restore the page, then resubmit.
410 — page removedPermanently removed — use a different URL.
Server error (5xx)May be temporary. Check hosting, then resubmit.
Redirects to another URLGoogle usually indexes the destination — submit that URL.
Redirects to https/www versionSubmit the exact destination URL (https/www).
noindex sent (header)Remove noindex from the X-Robots-Tag header, then resubmit.
noindex meta tagRemove the noindex tag, then resubmit.
robots.txt blocks GooglebotAllow Googlebot in robots.txt, then resubmit.
Canonical points elsewhereGoogle usually indexes the canonical — fix it or submit that URL.
Canonical points to https/wwwSubmit the canonical URL.
Error-page signs (soft 404)Inferred from content — open the page to confirm.
Could not connectThe site may block only our checker — open the page yourself.
Could not check (site blocks bots)Reason unknown — open the page yourself.
No technical issue foundGoogle may take days to weeks. Add links from indexed pages, then resubmit.

Next to the reason you may see a confidence label:

LabelWhat it means
CertainDirect evidence was found (error code, noindex tag, robots.txt rule…).
LikelyInferred from the page content — probable but not certain.
UnknownNot enough data to conclude.

Click How do we know? to see the evidence: HTTP code, redirect chain, noindex tag, the blocking robots.txt line, canonical, word count…

Some side notes are for reference only, not the main cause:

NoteMeaning
HTML almost emptyUsually a page built with JavaScript.
Under 200 wordsFor reference only.
No title tagAdd a title to the page.
No H1 headingNot required.
robots.txt failingGoogle may pause crawling the whole site.
Duplicate title in jobGive each page its own title.

Almost the whole domain is not indexed

When almost every link on the same domain is not indexed and there is no technical error, the problem is usually the whole website (new domain, low quality, limited by Google), not individual pages. Resubmitting will not help.

08No error but still not indexed?

VoIndex helps Googlebot discover links faster, but Google makes the final indexing decision — no service can promise 100%. Links with “No technical issue found” that are not indexed are usually:

  • Thin, duplicate or low-value content.
  • On a new or low-authority domain, or a domain Google currently deprioritises.
  • Deep pages with no links pointing to them.

What helps: add unique content, link to the page from an already-indexed page, wait a few days to a few weeks, then resubmit. Each resubmission is a new job and is charged normally.

09Reports, downloads and retention

  • The job details page shows the index rate, daily progress and filters by status.
  • Download the report as PDF or Excel for clients or your team; the jobs list has a CSV download.
  • Per-URL details are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically. Totals (URL count, index rate) are kept. Download the files if you need them long-term.

10Referrals and commission payouts

Grab your link under Refer a friend and share it. When someone you referred tops up, you earn a commission. The rate, minimum withdrawal and next payout date are shown in that section.

Commission labelWhat it means
On holdHeld for a while for reconciliation. The unlock date is shown next to it.
WithdrawableUnlocked — you can request a withdrawal.
PaidPaid out to you.
ReversedCancelled (e.g. the original top-up was refunded or fraudulent).
Withdrawal labelWhat it means
Pending reviewRequest sent, awaiting review. Usually handled within 1–3 business days.
ApprovedApproved, waiting for the bank transfer.
PaidThe money has been sent to your bank account.
RejectedNot approved. Contact us for the reason and submit again.

To withdraw, your email must be verified, and only one request can be pending at a time.

11API and webhooks

If you have your own tool, open API on the dashboard to get your API key and docs: check credits, estimate cost, create jobs, fetch per-URL results. Set up a webhook to be notified automatically when a job is done. Keep your API key secret — if you suspect a leak, press Rotate key right away.

12Frequently asked questions

I submitted links — why is nothing happening?
Your links were sent the moment you submitted. “Processing” only means the check time has not arrived yet (48 hours, Instant 30 minutes). Do not resubmit — you would be charged again.
Do I get credits back for links that were not indexed?
No. Credits pay for sending the links out. Credits are refunded automatically only when we could not send the links (Failed job or partial submission).
I did not receive the result email.
Check your Spam / Promotions folder. Results are always on the dashboard, email or not.
“Not enough credits” when submitting?
Credits needed = number of links × 1 (Instant × 10). Top up, remove some links, or turn off Instant.
Can I resubmit links I sent before?
Yes — ideally wait a few days and fix what the Reason column says first. Each resubmission is charged as a new job.
What kind of links can I submit?
Any public link that opens (status 200): backlinks, guest posts, profiles, social, web 2.0, forums, blog posts, product pages, 301 redirects… Links that are 404, noindex or blocked by robots.txt will not be indexed by Google.
